Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Olivia Daly
Banana cream pie overnight oats are perfectly creamy, filled with banana flavour and an additional little crunch from the crushed graham cracker. Such an easy and filling breakfast that tastes like dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (55g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp (90g) unsweetened oat milk (or any milk)
  • 3/4 tbsp (15g) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 crushed nilla wafer or graham cracker (or 1 tbsp (8g) crushed biscuit)

Instructions

  • In a small jar or container, that's at least 250mL, add your yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  • Add in the oats and stir until well combined. Add in the banana and again stir until well combined.
  • Seal the container or jar and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Top with crushed biscuit and enjoy!

Notes

*if using frozen strawberries, you can reduce the milk by 1 tbsp to keep the oats from being more runny. This is optional and I don't typically do it.
