  • 1/2 cup (110g) plain Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (21g) peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp (7g) cocoa powder
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp (20-30g) maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it, I like 25g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1 tbsp (10g) mini semi sweet chocolate chips (optional topping)
  • 1 sliced apple, Teddy grahams, strawberries, bananas etc. for dipping

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl or regular bowl to use less dishes, add the yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Stir until completely combined.
  • Add chopped peanuts and chocolate chips if you like on top. Dip your favourite fruit or cookies in it and enjoy!
